Instructions:

Begin by brewing your coffee. Recommended brew time is 4 minutes, but I prefer to brew mine for 10 minutes in a French press.

In 30 second intervals, microwave both of your chocolates until melted. Stir well in between.

French Vanilla:

  1. Place a spoonful of white chocolate in your decorative spoon.
  2. Dip your toothpick in the vanilla bean paste and swirl the paste into your spoonful of white chocolate.
  3. Let it set in the refrigerator.
  4. Dunk your decorative spoon into the white chocolate and coat the spoon completely.  Let any excess white chocolate drip away. Using another spoon, drizzle white chocolate lightly onto the handle of the spoon.
  5. Dip your toothpick back into the vanilla bean paste. Using your toothpick, draw a branch with three stems onto your white chocolate spoon. Place your flowers onto each stem.

Salted Caramel:

  1. Microwave your caramel chew candies for 10 seconds.
  2. Using another spoon, place a small amount of white chocolate into your decorative spoon.
  3. Press your caramel candy directly onto the spoon.
  4. Drizzle white chocolate onto your decorative spoon, and directly onto the base of the handle.
  5. Sprinkle chunks of sea salt onto the white chocolate.

Cinnamon Sugar:

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar directly into your batch of white chocolate. Then, with a toothpick, scoop a very tiny amount of dark chocolate into the white chocolate, as well. Stir completely.
  2. Place a spoonful of your cinnamon sugar white chocolate and place it in a decorative spoon. Sprinkle more cinnamon sugar over the decorative spoon. Let the spoon set in the refrigerator.
  3. Transfer your cinnamon sugar white chocolate into a snap seal bag. Cut off the corner tip with a pair of scissors. Then, on a piece of parchment paper, pipe several little donut rings. When completed, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the miniature donuts. Let your donuts set.
  4. Once set, peel your miniature donuts off the parchment paper. Using a small spoon/knife/toothpick, spread the pink frosting onto the mini donut. Add your sprinkles. Then, use a toothpick to go through the center of the donut hole. Repeat with the rest of your donuts.
  5. Drizzle your cinnamon sugar white chocolate onto the spoon and up onto the handle.
  6. Place 2 donuts directly onto the white chocolate drizzle. Clean up the edge of your spoon with a toothpick.

Chocolate Raspberry:

  1. Place a dollop of dark chocolate into your decorative spoon.
  2. Sprinkle freeze dried raspberries over the dark chocolate on your spoon. Let the chocolate set.
  3. Drizzle the dark chocolate melts over your decorative spoon up to the handle.
  4. Sprinkle more freeze dried raspberries over the drizzle.
  5. Clean up the outside edges with a toothpick.

Chocolate Mint:

  1. Place a dollop of dark chocolate into the center of your decorative spoon. Let the spoon set in the fridge.
  2. Take a piece of parchment paper and cut it into a slightly larger version of your spoon. Cut a pattern into the parchment paper. You may cut whatever design you please: shapes, initials, etc… I, personally, chose little leaves.
  3. Once set, use a toothpick to create a hole in the center of your chocolate.  Use a small spoon and pour in a small amount of peppermint essence/peppermint extract into that hole. Place more melted chocolate over that hole and let it set in the fridge.
  4. Once set, dip your spoon completely in the melted chocolate. Let any excess chocolate drip off the spoon. While the chocolate is still wet, place your template directly onto the spoon. Sprinkle your green sprinkles, and let the spoon set again.
  5. Remove the parchment paper once the spoon is set.

Rich Mocha:

  1. Place a generous dollop of melted dark chocolate onto your spoon. Let it set.
  2. Once set, dip the spoon entirely into the melted dark chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off.
  3. Place chocolate chips directly onto the melted dark chocolate. Place them on your spoon precisely for a  clean presentation.cm dipping spoons
